  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return or contact our concierge team within 7 days of receipt.

  Quality Assessment

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original luxury packaging, and includes all tags and invoice documentation for a successful inspection.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address at a time convenient for you.

  Refund Processing

  After our artisans verify the product's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
